THE CHAOTIC SHOW IS NOT CANCELLED... YET!
THE CHAOTIC CARD GAME WILL CONTINUE!
There. Happy? No? How do I know this?
Yes it is entirely true that 4KidsTV is dropping Chaotic (the TV series) But that doesn't mean the Show, nor the game will be disappearing anytime soon.
How many different cartoon studios do you know of? I can't list them all thats for sure. THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM!. And one of them I am sure is willing to buy/take Chaotic from 4KidsTV to continue the show.
Now for the game. The only conection to the game that 4KidsTV actually had was simply influencing it to be a childrens card game, The story (Not Tom, Kaz and ect.) Is driven by TC Digital Entertainment. This means that they have full control over the game. THEY WILL NOT DROP THE GAME.
Oh and BTW sorry for recent inactivities.

ReplyDeleteWhen a studio let go off a show it is because it is not making the money it should be and any other studio will look at this first.Also the game which i love need to be tag with the tv show to promote it like Yu-gi-oh or Pokemon.Take off the show the game is dead!
I hope they settle their problem and stay alive.From what i know the next 3 sets are even done and ready to hit the shelf lol .What a waste!!!Anyway ....sigh!

I hope your right kerb (I've posted the same thing on the forums about maybe someone else buying) but the other thing is we don't know for sure that someone else will buy or if they do they might ruin the show :( we can't really know until it happens...
ReplyDeleteAs Nono has, I've been saying the same as well...The show may INFLUENCE the TCG, but it doesn't seal the fate of Chaotic if the show goes down.

hey i just wanted to coment about that contest that rooster5man won. instead of having mudeenu or ankhyja seeker of the art, put the new na-inna there with a orb of unda or something.
ReplyDeleteOne point you forgot is that the articles that were linked to started LAST YEAR and ended A MONTH OR TWO before the post. Case in point? It already happened.
ReplyDeletehey this is blizzyb, i found a card that would be a great featured soldier: Galmedar. Opponent cant heal or gain energy, put a burithean axe on him, and set him up with a grantkae, and oh my gosh! Opponent cant heal/gain, and he has intimidate 20! put 2 iflars improvisations on him,(thats strike 60, not including intimidate energy 20)! and boom! mindblowing.

ReplyDeleteFirst off, sorry for my recent inactivity, I've been very busy, very preoccupied, and very in France for a couple of days. Not just sort of in france. Very in france.
Anywho, I think the show is almost certainly dead. If 4Kids cant make money out of it, no one else is gonna try, sadly. More to the point, I think chaotic is nearing the end in general. It's a pity. I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade here, but we should face the facts... Yu-Gi-Oh, POkemon, Magic... These are the only TCGs that have stayed strong and competitive int he market throughout the years. Chaotic doesn't have wizards of the coast on it's side either. All good things come to an end. All I hope is that someone invests in the website so it can stay up and we can at least continue to play the game online. I have 0 offline career for chaotic. Here's hoping.
But just because chaotic will, at some point, run dry, doesn't mean it's soon. They could just be hitting a rough patch. We'll see.

ReplyDeleteOh and by the way, i do agree that chaotic might just be hitting a rough patch. Theres not much new stuff, not much growth(lately). plus not to mention the story is hard from here. right now its marillians vs. every other tribe and someone has to win. This loss, or defeat, of which ever on might hurt chaotic. one of the only options is to make new cards/better old cards that join the war, which was just done with Alliances Unraveled.

sorry guys, but one more comment, so the show most likely will get discontinued. but chaotic cant shut down the website, so in order to keep the URL goin is to keep selling cards. so yeah the show might end, but it doesnt mean the chaotic all together will end.
ReplyDeleteHello I am KOkingzz I've been reading kerbs bloggs for a while now just haven't posted much on it I occasionally read yours mandible muge but not as much (don't really have an appeal for dainiun teamwork) but well here's how it goes this same thing happened before with shows like pokemon 4kids is not the place where it gets most publicity it is still on cartoon network where an episode airs every day. When kids watch though morning episodes they will see chaotic every day as opposed to once a week on Saturday.As the last show played on 4kids it didn't get as much appeal because there was no show after it for kids to watch they got bored and changed the channel chaotic is not over like a Phoenix it will rise again.

They lingered yes but the tribal alliance was disbaned as they could no longer get along, besides they weren't as much as a threat. Even Bloot was reduced to coal mining, and the chieftain over him could not control his mind. o.O What's odd is that Bloot had an army that could easily overtake the chieftain. 0.0
