Just click on the center red arrow, then close the tab that opens, then click on the now green arrow. The other tab is just spam, it's not "illegal" and it won't do any harm. You don't need to leave this site to see the video.
Yes, the site is legal, they just try to be a bit sneaky in getting info from you. We can get around it, however, and what Kerberos has DONE here is took away all of the sketchy bits that are, while legal, not entirely safe and given you nothing but the episodes so you can watch them. Either be sorta grateful and watch, or don't watch them at all.. Up to you!
